Terms of Service
These terms apply to using the Melrose Label storefront and placing an order through an available checkout.
The store and these terms
Melrose Label is operated by Gather & Loom LLC. By using the store or ordering, you agree to the terms that apply to that use or order. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or use the site with the involvement of someone who is.
Products and selected options
Read the description, selected option, dimensions and contents before ordering. Photographic props are not included unless the product listing says they are. Screens and lighting can affect apparent color. A photograph does not replace measurements, safety information or use instructions. Do not assume a product has a capability or certification that is not stated.
Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars. Standard US shipping is $5.99 per order, with any applicable tax and final amount shown before payment. Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will explain it and give you an appropriate choice before proceeding.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. A payment attempt or acknowledgment does not by itself prove shipment. We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, a material listing error needs correction, or there is a reasonable fraud concern. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount paid for the canceled part, including applicable charges.
Payment and checkout
An order can only be paid when the real payment service is available. The checkout must show the amount before you confirm payment. A bag or saved selection is not a reservation, payment or confirmed order. We do not store card details submitted directly to the payment processor.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies form part of the order terms. Estimated delivery combines 1–2 business days of processing and 3–6 business days in transit. Return requests are accepted within 60 calendar days of delivery subject to the policy conditions. Applicable consumer remedies are preserved.
Using products and the website
Follow the instructions and limitations for the particular product. Use equipment only as intended and check components before use. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false order details, copy protected material without permission, or interfere with other customers and service providers.
Content and external services
Product photographs, site copy and design may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Rights remain with their respective holders. External links and payment services may have their own terms. We do not claim to control services merely because we link to them.
Problems and responsibility
Contact us when something goes wrong with an order so we can investigate and provide the remedy appropriate to the situation. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not permit exclusion, or remove rights relating to goods that are defective or not as described. Nothing here promises that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Privacy and changes
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may revise these terms for future use and orders. The version applicable when you placed an order continues to govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed. Applicable consumer protections continue to apply to your order.
