How much does shipping cost?

Standard US shipping is $5.99 per order. There is no free-shipping threshold. Any applicable tax and the final amount are shown before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 3–6 business days in transit: 4–8 business days in total, excluding weekends and public holidays. The cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York), Monday to Friday.

What is your return policy?

Request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind items should be unused, clean and complete with their original packaging. After approval, send the item back within 14 days using the instructions provided.

Are the props in product photographs included?

Only the contents stated on the product page are included. Plants, yarn, furniture, tables and other styling pieces may show how an item can be used. Check the selected option and included-items list before ordering.

How do I choose the right size or option?

Use the measurements and selected option on the product page. Measure your own space or existing equipment before choosing a stand, frame, mat or other fitted item. Do not estimate dimensions from a photograph.
