Postage and Shipping

Orders are proceed from Monday – Friday (except Singapore’s Public Hoildays).

Once payments are verified, local Singapore mail will be within 2-3 working days, overseas postage will be varies depending of carrier – especially during peak shipping period.

- Door to Door Courier Service (for single address)                Additional of SGD8.00

- Self Collection at CURBSIDE CRAFTER  (730 North Bridge Road,
Singapore 198698) from 2 April to 7 April 2024 from 12noon to 8.30pm  FREE

- Self Collection at MELROSE HQ - Aristudio (183 Kaki Bukit Ave 1, Shun Li Industrial Park #02-00 Singapore 416026) Saturday 10AM to 2PM from 20th April onwards.   FREE

FREE for online purchase above SGD80.00, entitled after deduction of discounts.

Preferred day and timing will be given via Email communication.

Returns

We accepted Exchange of items 14 days from the day of sales receipt recorded, Item has to be unworn, unwashed with all tags and the label attached.

We Regrets NO RETURN allowed for ALL SALES merchandizes and accessories.

We do not refund cash, however we do accept Store Credits with no expiry date.

We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition and in their original state. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
